What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Pay by Bank (Fena), debit cards, and cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDC). Bank transfers (GoCardless Direct Debit) are available for recurring subscription orders.
How quickly are orders dispatched?
Orders placed before 2pm GMT on working days are dispatched the same day. All others dispatch the next working day. UK orders arrive within 1-3 working days via Royal Mail tracked delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to most countries worldwide. International orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked. Delivery typically takes 5-14 working days depending on destination.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once dispatched, you will receive an email with a Royal Mail tracking number. You can track your parcel at royalmail.com/track-your-item.
Products & Quality
What is the purity of your peptides?
All peptides are synthesised to >= 98% purity as verified by HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography). Each batch includes a Certificate of Analysis (COA) with full analytical data.
Do you provide a Certificate of Analysis?
Yes. Every batch is tested by HPLC for purity and mass spectrometry for identity confirmation. COAs are available on each product page under "Available Batches" or via the Batch Verification tool.
How should I store peptides?
Store lyophilised powder at -20C in a dry environment protected from light. After reconstitution with bacteriostatic water, store at 2-8C and use within 30 days. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Are your products intended for human consumption?
No. All products are sold strictly for in vitro research and analytical purposes only. They are not intended for human consumption, diagnosis, or treatment of any condition.

How do I verify a batch?
Use the Batch Verification tool. Enter your batch number to view the full Certificate of Analysis, including HPLC purity data and mass spectrometry results.
Do you offer bulk or institutional pricing?

What is your returns policy?
See our full Returns Policy. Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Due to the nature of research compounds, opened products cannot be accepted for return.
